I called in a special order: narrow, low, oblong centerpiece with red roses, white lilies and candles. What was delivered (24 hours later) was small and round with red and white flowers (doesn't look like roses and lilies from the text photo my friend sent) with a candle; Instead of being delighted I was embarrassed.
Best florist I ever used! Always will use joys petals because they also have instagram and twitter and Facebook which I love seeing the arrangements on.
